Reachtruck mast

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager and later as an engineering consultant, I drove the development of a new high-reach lift mast system for Mitsubishi Logisnext's future product line.

Project Goal: To design and develop a new lift mast range for next-generation reach trucks.

Conceptual Design Phase: Lead the conceptual design phase alongside two team members, defining the core architecture and technical parameters for the entire future product range.

Prototyping & Execution: In early 2022, following the launch of my consulting company, I was commissioned as a mechanical designer to develop the project into the prototyping phase. In this role, I translated the conceptual design into detailed, manufacturable models and drawings, working directly within the cross-functional project team to bring the concept to life.
