AGV reach truck production improvement

As a consultant for Mitsubishi Logisnext's Logistics Solution department, I was commissioned to diagnose and resolve critical production challenges impacting their AGV reach truck line.

Project Objective: To identify the root causes of significant production inefficiencies and quality issues.

Diagnostic Analysis: Conducted a thorough root-cause investigation through direct interviews with production personnel, synthesizing the findings into a comprehensive analytical report.

Key Finding & Strategic Shift: The investigation successfully challenged the initial assumption that the issues were primarily design-related. My report revealed that the core drivers of production challenges were, in fact, rooted in supplier quality, internal processes, and work methods, thereby redirecting the improvement efforts towards the most impactful areas.
