Logistic solutions Engineering Manager
In this assignment as the interim Engineering Manager for Mitsubishi Logisnext's Logistic Solutions project engineering team, providing leadership and stability for a multidisciplinary project engineering team during a critical transition period.
Scope of Leadership: Assumed full responsibility for the AGV project engineering team, composed of mechanical and electrical engineers, overseeing all daily engineering activities, project guidance, and technical supervision.
Process Improvement: Drove initiatives to enhance the team's efficiency and output by analyzing and improving existing work methods and engineering processes.
Talent Strategy & Succession Planning: Partnered directly with the Project Director in the recruitment and selection of my permanent successor, ensuring a seamless leadership transition.
Knowledge Transfer & Team Growth: Facilitated a comprehensive onboarding and transition phase for the new Engineering Manager and helped the new Engineering Manager scaling the team by recruiting additional engineering talent.
